MeetDost is an AI companion platform designed to provide warm, consistent, and judgment-free conversational support. We are currently in pre-launch. By joining the waitlist or using our service, you agree to these terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on MeetDost โ€” including character designs, copy, and features โ€” is owned by MeetDost. Your conversation data remains yours. You grant us a limited licence to use your data solely to provide the service to you.

7. Limitations of liability

MeetDost is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it reliable, but we cannot guarantee the service will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MeetDost shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. If changes are significant, we'll notify you by email before they take effect. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of San Francisco County.
